Discrimination and human rights orientation or sexual preference and identity or expression gender in Mexico

Abstract

The present document analyzes the advances and challenges that prevail in our country from the perspective of human rights and starting from research carried out by the Commission of Human Rights of the Federal District in the framework of its daily work and the completion of its Special Report on human rights violations concerning sexual orientation or preference and gender identity or expression 2007–2008.
